How do I reserve and book a room or cabin?

Now you can make your Svene Gjestegård reservations online ... for your choice of room rental, or cabin rental. Simply complete the Reservation Request form. We will contact you via e-mail with a tentative confirmation, a reference number and a link to a secure site (PayPal) where you will be asked to enter your credit card information to cover the necessary reservation deposit. During the Summer season, we will contact you within 24 hours; at other times of the year, we may take as long as 72 hours to respond to your initial request. You are highly encouraged to use this Reservation Request service in order to streamline the reservation and confirmation procedure.

Online booking and reservation of accommodation in Svene Gjestegård is very easy indeed:

1. Look up the rates for the number of rooms of each type (Single, Double) or cabins which apply for the period of your stay.

2. Submit basic contact information (Name, E-Mail and Phone Number, or other details). You will receive a detailed confirmation of your inquiry via email.

3. We will then check the availability and advise you about the results via email.

4. Reconfirm reservation by submitting deposit via PayPal service. This is done by submitting a non-refundable deposit of 5 percent of the room/cabin charge for all rooms/cabins with a 400 NOK minimum. 

Please be aware that you do NOT have a reservation until availability has been confirmed and the appropriate deposit has been processed.
